What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you provide, and the project or site information you include in your message.

How we use it

We use these details to answer your enquiry, discuss the home or service you asked about, arrange a site conversation where appropriate, and prepare requested information or a quotation. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Form processing

The form is delivered through Web3Forms, which processes the submission so it can be sent to us. You can read the Web3Forms privacy policy. If you prefer not to use the form, email info@irishwoodstyle.com or call +353 85 886 1555.

Retention and sharing

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to deal with the project and any related business or legal records. We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with service providers needed to receive or respond to the enquiry, or where required by law.

External services

This site links to social networks and loads YouTube content only when you choose to play a video. Those services have their own privacy and cookie terms.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question by emailing info@irishwoodstyle.com. You may also contact Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
